REFUND POLICY

We stand behind our products and want you to feel completely confident in your first purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial order. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a refund request. This guarantee is valid exclusively for first-time orders.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the order in question must be your first purchase with BioReset Labs. Subsequent orders are not covered under this policy.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, simply reach out to our team at info@trybioresetlabs.com. We'll guide you through the process and handle everything from there. There is no need to send the product back to us.

Refund Amount

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method for the full product value, minus a $5 processing fee. Please note that any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We ask that you inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please get in touch with us right away at info@trybioresetlabs.com so we can assess the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Some product categories are not eligible for return, including perishable goods with an opened package. If you have a question about whether your specific item qualifies, don't hesitate to reach out before initiating a request. Returns on sale items and gift cards cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We're happy to offer exchanges at no handling cost. If you're swapping for a product with a higher price point, only the difference in value will be charged. Contact us to get the exchange process started.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, EU consumer protection law grants you the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or card provider. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't seen it, contact us at info@trybioresetlabs.com and we'll look into it immediately.

Order Cancellations

All orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or modified. The same applies to active subscriptions — we do not process cancellation requests on behalf of customers. However, you have full control over your subscription at any time through your personal account portal, where you can pause, modify, or cancel in just a few clicks.
